Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. We will contact you once the order is placed and ask what the best day for delivery is. If required delivery can be next working day.

Returns are accepted within 30 days providing the boxes are unopened and returned in the same condition as they were when sent. A full refund less postage cost will be available. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands). We can ship to the Republic of Ireland on request. We can also ship all over the world POA

We ship marquees on pallets using TPN (The Pallet Network) these are enclosed and wrapped in a waterproof film. For smaller items such as accessories or spare parts we us APC overnight.
