Shipment processing time
All orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Deliveries are Monday-Friday ONLY. Saturday AM deliveries can be organised at a surcharge of £50 + VAT. If we are experiencing high volume of orders and are expecting delays we will contact you to inform you of any changes regarding your delivery.

C & D King Ltd T/a DIY Marquees are not responsible for any customs and or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
C & D King Ltd T/a DIY Marquees are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please ensure the items are signed for as damaged and contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
We hope that you enjoy many years of use with our DIY Marquees however we understand that sometimes mistakes are made or circumstances change.
Returns are accepted within 7 working days providing the boxes are unopened and returned in the same condition as they were when sent. A full refund less postage cost will be available. This does not affect your statutory rights.
