DIY Marquees 12-month Warranty
All DIY Marquees products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the delivery date. All units should be inspected upon arrival, and defects or shortages reported immediately.
This warranty is limited to normal wear and tear.
What is covered?
• Any defects caused by poor workmanship or faulty materials.
• The cost of delivery to and collection from our factory shall be your responsibility unless the unit is proven defective under the warranty terms. If the unit is proven defective under the warranty terms the cost of delivery will be reimbursed to you to a maximum of £100.
What is not covered?
• Damage caused by use of marquee in extreme weather conditions. This includes but is not limited to: snow and/or wind gusts of 30mph or more.
• Damage caused by failure to anchor the marquee down in a suitable manner for the weather conditions at the time.
• Damage caused by failure to store the marquee correctly.
• Damage caused by failure to follow the correct marquee erection procedure.
• Damage caused by use of the marquee as a permanent structure.
• Damage or injury caused by any product that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents or misapplied or modified or improperly installed.
This warranty is not transferable.
